个人简介
2007年6月毕业于中国科学技术大学，获硕士学位，从事生物化学及结构生物学研究；随后赴美，2013年2月毕业于美国Scripps研究所，获博士学位，从事神经肌肉萎缩症的分子生物学机制研究。2014年3月加入华东理工大学药学院，任副教授。2015年入选上海市浦江人才计划。作为项目负责人，主持了国家自然科学基金（青年，面上），并参与科技部“973计划”（青年项目），国家自然科学基金国际(地区)合作与交流项目，NSFC-云南联合基金重点支持项目。
研究领域
- 天然产物化学生物学。 1. 阐释小分子的作用机制，理解与癌症等疾病密切相关的细胞周期、自噬、代谢等生命过程的调控模式，发现不同生物学事件之间的关联，并揭示这些事件在疾病发生和发展中的重要作用机制。 2. 以化学生物学手段发现新靶点，进而开展新药设计和发现，发展具有潜在治疗意义的先导化合物。
