个人简介
2007年于中国科学技术大学获硕士学位，2013年于美国Scripps研究所获博士学位。2014年加入华东理工大学药学院，任副教授，博士生导师。2015年入选上海市浦江人才计划，2025年获Thieme Chemistry Journals Award。主要从事天然产物化学生物学研究，致力于以小分子为工具探究蛋白质降解与稳态调控机制。作为项目负责人，主持了国家自然科学基金（青年，面上），并参与科技部“973计划”（青年项目），国家自然科学基金国际(地区)合作与交流项目，NSFC-云南联合基金重点支持项目。
研究领域
- 天然产物化学生物学，致力于以小分子为工具探究蛋白质降解与稳态调控机制。具体包括对自噬与溶酶体功能的靶向调控机制的研究，旨在揭示天然产物及其衍生物如何调控自噬激活、自噬体-溶酶体融合、溶酶体酸化与再生等关键步骤，进而影响细胞稳态与疾病发生发展，为自噬相关疾病（如肿瘤、神经退行性疾病）提供潜在干预策略。
