个人简介
刘喆,女,1997年10月出生,浙江衢州人,华东理工大学信息科学与工程学院计算机系讲师,博士毕业于上海交通大学,CCF生物信息学BIO-3NEW青年学者委员。以第一作者(含共同)身份在Nature Computational Science,Advanced Science,Research,Big Data Mining and Analytics (BDMA),Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling(JCIM),BMC Genomics,BIBM,APBC等期刊或会议发表论文十余篇,主要从事AI for Science研究,包括基于计算方法的(非编码)突变效应预测、蛋白结构预测,以及AI在精神疾病领域的应用等。 欢迎科研合作,也欢迎对我的科研方向感兴趣的同学联系我! 学术主页:https://liuzhe30.github.io/
