研究领域
- 生物大分子,聚电解质,两亲性大分子的有序排列、自组装和界面行为,及其在生物医药领域的应用:
- 1)设计、合成智能型、功能化两亲性的大分子,研究其界面行为和自组装结构,获得多重(温度、pH、光)刺激响应型控释材料,评价作为催化剂、药物载体的应用价值
- 2)无机/有机核壳结构纳微颗粒的组装设计,研发新型、新功能的具有生物活性的组织工程修补材料和药物载体
- 3)用于生物大分子药物包载、体外组织培养支架材料等准固态纳米体系的研发
