个人简介
蔡海波 博士 教授 博士生导师 长期从事生物工程领域的教学与科研工作。围绕国家在大健康领域的重大战略需求,致力于研究并解决细胞治疗领域效应细胞规模化制备过程中的关键工程学问题。先后承担多项国家、上海市的科研项目,应用技术专长服务企业。近五年来在 Cell Proliferation、Carbohydrate Polymers等专业一流期刊上发表论文40余篇,申请并授权中国发明专利7项。在教学方面先后承担过本科生《代谢调控》、《发酵工程》、《微生物与生物化学基础》、《专业综合实验》,以及研究生《微生物遗传学》、《生命科学导论》等课堂教学和实验指导教师。曾获荣得宝钢优秀教师(2023)、校优秀共产党员(2022)、校优秀班导师(2021)、校三八红旗手(2019)、本科教学贡献“教书育人”(2018)、校“育英奖”一等奖(2012)、校“名师风范杯”授课大赛三等奖(2015)、以及校教学成果三等奖(2015)等荣誉。
研究领域
- 聚焦细胞治疗产业的需求,以干细胞以及免疫效应细胞为研究对象,开展基于生物反应器的干细胞以及免疫细胞体外扩增技术的研究,解决细胞治疗级效应细胞规模化制备过程中的关键工程学问题。
- 1. 研究体外培养过程中干细胞以及效应细胞的代谢特性,从信号通路及细胞代谢调控的角度,设计开发可满足相应细胞高效扩增的无血清培养基;
- 2. 研究体内微环境组分对干细胞体外扩增及分化的影响及作用机制,研究仿生微环境构建技术与方法,设计研制可模拟体内微环境的生物反应器系统以及过程工艺;
- 3. 研究高效的效应细胞体外规模化制备技术;
- 4. 研制细胞体外规模化扩增、冻存相关生物材料。
