ResumeCurrently serving as an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at East China University of Science and Technology since July 2021, I have accumulated extensive research experience in complex disease target identification, multi-omics-based disease studies, and the application of deep learning. My academic career includes roles as an Associate Research Professor at East China University of Science and Technology from January 2019 to July 2021, a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Vanderbilt University in the USA from December 2014 to December 2018, and an Assistant Research Professor at the Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, from July 2013 to December 2014. I am a committee member of the Medical Health and Bioinformatics Professional Committee of the Chinese Information Processing Society of China and have led a completed project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China for Young Scholars. My work has been published in over sixty articles in high-impact journals and conferences, including Cell Reports Methods, IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, Bioinformatics, Briefings in Bioinformatics, PLOS Computational Biology, Knowledge-Based Systems, and Nature Neuroscience. Furthermore, I have applied for over twenty patents, with nine having been granted.
